    For decades, society has been taught to chase symptoms instead of addressing the root cause. Fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, inflammation, low motivation, hormonal imbalance, and accelerated aging have become “normal.” Dan believes they are anything but normal.
    True wellness isn’t about masking problems. It’s about restoring the body’s natural ability to function at its highest level -  physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
    After more than 40 years dedicated to fitness, performance, anti-aging, hormone optimization, and human potential, Dan has developed a philosophy centered around:
